Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ServerInspector (the "Service"), operated by Golux Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

ServerInspector is a monitoring platform that checks websites, servers, ports, APIs, SSL certificates and domain expiry dates, opens incidents, sends alerts, and publishes status pages.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or abuse;
• monitor systems you do not own or are not authorised to monitor;
• infringe intellectual property rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits);
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service outside your plan.

4. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. Golux Group retains all rights in the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Service level

We work hard to keep monitoring accurate and continuous, but the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. After termination your monitoring data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

9. General

We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golux Group is established, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
