We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ServerInspector subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@serverinspector.com and we will help you.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
