Privacy Notice

Golux Group ("we", "us"), operator of ServerInspector, is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, login credentials or Google account identifier.
• Monitoring configuration — URLs, hostnames, domains, alert recipients and notification endpoints you add.
• Usage and telemetry — pages used, feature actions, log and error data, device and browser information, IP address.
• Support and communications — messages you send us and email delivery records.

2. Why we use it and legal basis

• Creating and administering your account — performance of our contract with you.
• Running checks, opening incidents and sending alerts — performance of our contract.
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
• Customer support — performance of our contract and legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails, where sent — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Bookkeeping and legal obligations — compliance with law.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and AI processing providers used to run the Service.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account and configuration data is kept while your account is active. Check history and logs are kept for the retention window of your plan. After account deletion we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Contact support@serverinspector.com.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security, to protect your data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. Any analytics cookies are used only to understand aggregate product usage; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.
